We are pleased to welcome you as a new patient. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of this mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable as possible. Please read our financial policy carefully and ask any questions or bring up any concerns you may have before treatment is rendered.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For patients needing more extensive dental work, we also offer third party financing through Care Credit. Third party financing must be approved before services are rendered. We offer interest free payments for up to 12 months upon approval. If you have insurance, we will collect any deductible and co-payment at the time of your appointment. A 1.5% finance charge will be applied to balance after 30 days.
When we schedule your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Failure to notify us of your inability to keep an appointment, prevents another patient in need of dentistry is unable to receive treatment. We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice when you realize that you cannot keep your appointment. When the request notice is not given, a fee of $48 per half hour scheduled will be charged.
